Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST)

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, defined as "spiritually guided life force energy."  Through attunements from certified teachers, I have become a clear channel for the energy.  Reiki is not directed--it simply flows to where it is needed. 

During the treatment, you relax fully clothed on a massage table. Clients often report feeling various sensations, including heat or gentle vibration, as they receive reiki.

Cranio-sacral therapy (CST) was developed by an osteopathic physician, and is an extremely gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and releasing restrictions in the body's craniosacral system (the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord).  As restrictions are released, the cerebrospinal fluid can circulate more freely and the central nervous system (and thereby the entire body) is calmed.

Through a series of light hand placements, I assist your body with releasing adhesions and restrictions.  Clients often report feeling very relaxed and even "spacey" following a treatment.  CST can be very effective in treating headaches, chronic neck and back pain, and TMJ, as well as a host of emotional issues.

Energy Balancing with Physio-Spiritual Etheric Bodywork® (PSEB)

Physio-Spiritual Etheric Bodywork® (PSEB) is a therapy developed by reiki master David Jarrell which works with the energy fields around the body.  PSEB demonstrates that the chakras, or energy centers of the body, correspond to subtle body layers in the auric field. These subtle bodies also correspond to physical body systems.

During a PSEB treatment, you relax comfortably in a reclined posture. I tune into each layer of your energy field, balancing and releasing blockages in your energy bodies and physical form.
