Why these RRP for Somatic Professionals™ Groups?

The RRP is divided into 10 Tracks across three Levels. It is a powerful modality, and providers are still learning about its effects. As with the SSP, careful adherence to the “Less is More” principle is key to realizing a positive experience.

Because of this, and because clients are reporting helpful outcomes with listening to and repeating just the first Level, I’ve decided to offer a series of three short groups. This will make access more affordable, will allow time to titrate RRP dosage, and will foster an atmosphere of comfortable co-regulation.

If you are curious, this is an exchange rate-mindful, low cost way to experience some or all of the RRP. You will:

  • connect with a small, supportive group of colleagues,

  • realize personal growth, and

  • learn experientially about the potential benefits of the RRP for your own clinical practice.

What are the Group Details?

RRP1 will include the 30 minute (unfiltered) Introduction, and the three 30 minute filtered Tracks contained within Level One. This will be four meetings of up to 90 minutes in length, meeting over consecutive weeks. The price is 160€/USD$180/CAD$210/AUD$210, which includes eight weeks of Level One RRP access.

RRP2 will include the three 30 minute filtered Tracks contained within Level Two. This will be three meetings of up to 90 minutes in length, meeting over consecutive weeks. The price is 130€/USD$150/CAD$170/AUD$170, which includes six weeks of Level One and Level Two RRP access.

RRP3 will include the three 30 minute filtered Tracks contained within Level Three. This will be three meetings of up to 90 minutes in length, meeting over consecutive weeks. The price is 130€/USD$150/CAD$170AUD$170, which includes six weeks of complete RRP access.

When are the Groups Offered?

****I am located in Portugal; the times and dates listed are for the Western European time zone. Each group will have a maximum of 6 participants; please enroll early to confirm your spot. A detailed schedule and other supportive materials will be sent to all participants upon registration. The groups will be conducted in English.

RRP1 dates for the Western Hemisphere (the Americas, Europe, and Africa) are:

—Four consecutive 90 minute meetings on Tuesdays, September 16 - October 7, 2025, from 6 PM Portugal time (for reference, this will be 10 AM US West Coast time, 1 PM US East Coast time, and 7 PM Central European time on the same date).

RRP1 dates for the Eastern Hemisphere (Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia) are:

—Four consecutive 90 minute meetings on Fridays, September 19 - October 10, 2025, from 10 AM Portugal time (For reference, this will be 11 AM Central European/South African Time, 2:30 PM in India, 6:00 PM Japan Time and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Australia on the same date).

Who is Eligible to Participate?

This group is intended for Somatic Experiencing® Practitioners (SEP™’s) or similarly-trained professionals who have experience processing emotional material in a collective setting. The RRP can be a powerful stimulus. While the group will form and hold a supportive container, participants must be familiar with their personal nervous system responses and have confidence in their ability to witness and to self-regulate these responses.
