  • one 90 minute intake, education, scheduling, and guided listening appointment to get started

  • secure, on-line pre- and post-tests to assess nervous system baseline and to quantify progress

  • a customized-for-you list of resources to collect and employ to facilitate regulation during listening

  • a secure end-to-end encrypted account with access to your Personal RRP Dashboard

  • full (Introduction, Level One, Level Two, and Level Three) RRP access for 180 days

  • all practitioner remote monitoring

  • email/WhatsApp text support as necessary

  • five (once a month) 30 minute Zoom chats to address questions and assess progress during treatment

  • option to book additional 30 minute check-in sessions for 40€ (approx US $48) as needed
